The Body Chronicles is a comedic and thought-provoking theater event based around the topic of beauty and acceptance. These five short plays and two poems give a look into the lives of eleven very different characters and showcase some of the many issues women face today that influence their own self-perception and body image. |

All proceeds are to benefit Girls on the Run International, a non-profit organization in over 90 cities that was started by Molly Barker, a Charlotte native. Girls on the Run prepares girls for a lifetime of self-respect and healthy living through activities that enhance a girls blossoming spiritual, physical, social, emotional and mental selves.
